Exchange & Return Policy

At Dream Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or return:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

• The item must not have any physical damage caused after delivery.

Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• You wish to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be charged).

Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The product is defective or damaged.

• You received an incorrect item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Non-Eligible Items

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted for:

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

• Used, damaged, or tampered products.

• Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
